Return/Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Airboard is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing property management services. All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Amounts
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the following reasons:
- Once a billing period has started, the full amount for that period is non-refundable
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period are not eligible for refunds
- Fees paid for completed billing cycles are non-refundable
- Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Failure
If you experience a technical issue or service interruption that prevents you from using the platform and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
3.2 Duplicate Transactions
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
3.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if the transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent.
3.4 Cancellation During Trial Period
If you cancel your subscription during the 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged, and no refund is necessary as no payment was processed.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at contact@myairboard.com
- Provide your account details and a description of the issue
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period, and no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
6. Billing Disputes
If you have any questions or concerns about your billing, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes promptly and fairly.
7. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice, and you will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
